Restrictided Time for Representativity – Full Democracy but for a limited time

(If a friend discovers flaws in our translations, please inform and prepare any necessary adjustments. Many Thanks for your cooperation.)

Contemporary democracy is based on a temporary electoral mandate centered on a four, five or seven-year based representative system.
But the society is changing at suck a rapid pace that the electoral mandate can be considered to be over after only six months, while the elected people stay in charge for four years and a half.
This is not representative democracy, but discontinuous democracy: it’s only a matter of time before the system implodes.
