What is the Omniarchy

The current model of western government is based upon a democracy which we could call discontinuous: there is a direct candidate-elector relationship based on a representative mandate which normally lasts four to five years.
This discontinuous model of democracy originates from the fact that the advent of the new world of quick communication is adapted to jurisdictional programs which, however valid, are short-lived and will result to be old and obsolete after just a few months.
If we consider how a mandate works nowadays, we’ll find that a candidate’s program is not up to date anymore after about a year. The politician in charge is forced to create a new program of his own or ask for help from the lobbies in order to get to the end of the mandate.

After only year from its election, any western parliament is found to be inadequate and must be renewed. We are facing a discontinuous democracy that works only one out of four years.
This could be thought of as the evil mechanism of transition from a discontinuous democracy to a dictatorship.

There are two ways out of this situation: either the affirmation and consolidation of advanced dictatorial systems or the development of democracy, that is of a new democratic model, the one we call model of continuous democracy.
We started by taking as an example the opensource software and the contemporary systems of opensource digital computering. We defined them as the operative parameters to be considered in building a new democracy.

The digital revolution, as we well know, is a constant journey in the cyberspace. There, the experience of representativeness has disappeared: today, because of digitalization and the general speeding up of things, nobody can delegate anyone else. This will soon result in repercussions for politics and every other form of social organization.
People are more and more eager to participate in order to make decisions, not to let others decide for them.

This reluctancy towards the representative system brings us new models for doing politics. We are in the era of Biodemocracy: the individual is engaged in little communities that deal with small and limited issues. This model will soon include more complex issues and large-scale solutions for the communities. This will happen as soon as awareness will arise about the power of a big community on any form of government.
This will also make the way for the citizen’s will of being. He’s already feeling, with his individualism, a real king in his land and political dimension.

We’d like to create a project of democracy based on Omniarchy, a new model of government that is emancipated and ruled through continuous democracy.

Omniarchy is the popular election of the idea with a universal suffrage, through the using of a digital vote made secret with quantum technology. The mandate is not given to a politician, but to an officer who executes the political project that the citizens assigned him by voting. The officer will also have a total control on the administrational operations. He will be aided by the application of naked public technology.
All projects will be checked for quality in order to give out prizes to the communities that have showed the best administrative skills. We will demand that the science of share economy be applied on every financial activity, be it public, micro or macro.

In order to archieve a new democratic era of Omniarchy, we need a new constitutional phase in which new rules could be introduced. The elimination of bi-partisan systems is also needed. These systems must be substituted with a legislative power held by a citizen. A part of the propositional power must go to a mini-senate with a project-based executive power.
